Our Safety, Security, and QA Programs Are Mission Critical

We have assembled a diverse team of professionals, experts in thermal process, sanitary design, microbiology and sanitation procedures. Our team is trained continuously in total quality systems to build their effectiveness and commitment. Faribault Foods’ employees actively participate on numerous scientific committees of the FPA/GMA.

Our quality assurance program turns on four areas of control: food safety, plant design, sanitation and good manufacturing practices.

TO keep food safety uppermost, each of our facilities:

 
  • Uses a fully documented HACCP system
  • Complies fully with FDA, USDA, EPA and OSHA regulations

  In addition to safety at each of our facilities, our food safety/quality assurance program includes:

  • Routine third party audits
  • Structured internal reviews of HACCP and quality systems for compliance
  • Use of statistical process control procedures to collect and analyze data
  • Data collection systems to establish precise thermal processes
  • Routine electronic dud detection at labeling
