Chilliman Chili No Beans 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimento, drained Heat all ingredients on low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish; keep warm over low heat. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or raw vegetables. CHILLI MAN AND PASTA 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Chili No Beans 1 jar (16 oz.) picante sauce 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 can (4 to 5 oz.) diced green chilies, drained 16 oz. spaghetti, bow tie or penne pasta chopped cilantro, white cheddar or parmesan cheese as garnish In a saucepan, combine the chili, picante sauce, onion and green chilies. Cook over a medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the pasta according package directions. Drain pasta, put it on a large platter and pour the chili sauce on. Sprinkle this dish with a little cilantro, white cheddar or parmesan and serve. MEXICAN CHILLI MAN CHILI BAKE 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Turkey Chili With Beans 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 1 jar (20 oz.) taco sauce 1 bag (16 oz.) nacho chips 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) shredded cheddar cheese, crushed Mix chili, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and taco sauce in skillet and heat, simmering 15 minutes. In casserole dish, layer as follows: crushed nacho chips, chili mixture, shredded cheese. Repeat until chili mixture is used up and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. COWBOY BURRITOS 8 flour tortillas, 7 inch 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Chili With Beans 1 pkg. (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 jar (8 oz.) salsa For each burrito, spread 1/4 cup chili down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on top of chili. Fold sides toward center over cheese; roll up from bottom. Place seam-side down on microwave-safe plate. Microwave at high 2-3 minutes or until hot, rotating dish after 1-1/2 min. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Spoon salsa over top of hot burrito. Makes 8 burritos. CHAMPIONSHIP CHILLI MAN DIP 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Chili No Beans 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag tortilla chips chopped cilantro and chilies as garnish if desired Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of an 8 inch microwave dish or pie plate. Spread chili evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Microwave on high 1 minute. Rotate 1/2 turn and continue to microwave on high for 1 additional minute or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with cilantro and chilies if desired. BAKED POTATO AND CHILLI MAN 4 baked potatoes 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Hot Chili No Beans 4 Tbsp. sour cream Cook the chili in a saucepan as usual. Split the baked potatoes into halves. Top the potato halves with equal amounts of chili and top each half with sour cream. CHILLI MAN OVER RICE 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Chili No Beans 1 can (15 oz.) vegetable juice 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained 4 cups cooked rice Combine chili, juice and onion in a saucepan at medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the thawed vegetables, cover the pan and simmer the mixture for another 4 minutes. Serve over the cooked rice. CHILLI MAN CHEESE & FRIES 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Chili No Beans 1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen french fries 8 oz. Velveeta® Cheese Cook the chili and the French fries according to package directions. Heat the Velveeta® according to package directions. Put the fries on a large platter, pour the chili over the fries and top with the melted cheese. Serve immediately. SUPREME CHILLI MAN NACHOS 1 can (15 oz.) Chilli Man Chili No Beans 1/2 bag (32 oz.) tortilla chips 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mexican Mix) Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread the tortilla chips on it. Spoon the chili over the chips. Sprinkle your choice of cheese over the top. Broil until the cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes. You can also microwave this dish just make sure you use a microwave safe dish instead of the cookie sheet and foil. CHILLI MAN CHILI CONEY ISLAND HOT DOG SAUCE 1 pkg. all beef franks 1 can (15 oz.) Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce 8 hot dog buns Heat the franks and chili following package directions. Put the franks on the buns and spoon the chili over the franks. |
